YOGA FOR RUNNER – #EDMONTON10K
Train with us! You’ve been training hard and could use a little extra TLC for those hip flexors, hamstrings and quads. Am I right? We are partnering with our friends at lululemon athletica Edmonton to host an #Edmonton10K specific ‘Yoga for Runner’s Workshop’ to get you in prime shape for your race on July 22. Hit your mat with Jennifer Morrison for a 90 min class centered on yoga poses most beneficial for runners.
