Join Michael Johnson in a 90-min self-defense course where you’ll be provided with tools needed to survive and defend yourself against oncoming attacks. Whether bare handed or with weapons, you’ll get all the tips on how to keep you or your loved ones’ safe. You’ll receive all hands-on training with professions in the Martial Arts community.
