Join Kristen and Kennedy in this 2 hour workshop as they guide you through and break down the Moksha sequence. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. In true workshop fashion, they will concentrate on the postures within the Moksha sequence, offer modifications and help you understand the alignment to create a sense of ease to sustain the pose.
They will also introduce the use of blocks and straps to show you how these tools, can help aid you in your practice and bring in a different element. If you ever had any itching questions, there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
