WHERE IT ALL BEGAN (HOW YOGA CAME INTO YOUR LIFE):
I started practicing yoga on recommendation of my doctor 2006 because of persistent back pain, inflexibility, and stress. Over the years, I have made slow but steady progress proving that yoga is really accessible to anyone.
Green smoothies, and really all food. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the Aburi Sushi at Miku Waterfront in Vancouver. Check it out!
WHERE CAN YOU FIND ME WHEN I’M NOT IN THE HOT ROOM:
Engineering it up at my “real” job or keeping active running the trails in the River Valley, scuba diving, volleyball, spinning, hockey, snowboarding… the list goes on. So much love for all sports!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN MY CLASS:
Love teaching classes with music and some inspiration or gratitude along the way.
