Where it all began (How yoga came into your life?): I had developed a knee injury from years of playing soccer. I was pretty reliant on physiotherapy until yoga became a staple in my life. I have not had to go back to physio for my knees since! And now, whatever life seems to throw my way, can be cured or endured by my yoga practice. Yoga has evolved into my escape from life and work. I loved it so much, I had to submerge myself fully and take the teacher training.
Favorite food: Margherita Pizza
Where can you find me when I’m not in the hot room: Travelling! Hanging out my favorite peoples or my two dogs. Enjoying the sunshine at the lake, in the river valley, or on the golf course in the summer. Carving my way down mountains on my snowboard in the winter. Or, helping people to build their dream home (my “day” job).
What you can expect in my class: Lot of energy. I have tons of fun teaching yoga and I want practicing to be just as gratifying for you. My intention is to have you leaving class feeling challenged and relaxed.
