Pre-Natal Yoga sessions start back up on June 10 – July 15! Join Lesley Anne Foster for 6 weeks of pre-registered classes, specifically tailored for mothers-to-be. Classes are intimate and limited to 15 participants focusing on both asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing). PLEASE NOTE: Pre-registration online or in person at Moksha Yoga Edmonton South is required. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the class, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
