  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Community Class

    The Moksha series led by new instructors to the Moksha community. Classes are $5 drop in or class passes apply. Suitable for students of all levels!

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Power Flow

    A challenging and innovative hot flow class. Very cardiovascular and strength building in combination with breath. Recommended for those with a strong yoga foundation.

  • Kids Yoga

    A 60 minute session focused on enriching children’s physical, mental, and emotional well being through the use of yoga, stories, and play.

  • Moksha Pre-Natal

    Inspired by the Moksha series, classes will focus on asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) to benefit the mother-to-be during pregnancy and to aid in birth preparation. This class will take place in a non-heated room.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
