WHERE IT ALL BEGAN (HOW YOGA CAME INTO YOUR LIFE):
My first experience with yoga nearly 10 years ago left me feeling peaceful and energized. Then it evolved to my sanctuary to get away from the busyness of life and work. Now it’s a staple in my life that brings me so many physical, emotional and psychological benefits.
FAVORITE FOOD: Smoothies, chai lattes, pizza and mac & cheese.
WHERE CAN YOU FIND ME WHEN I’M NOT IN THE HOT ROOM:
With my friends and family, traveling the world and at my awesome gig at the library.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN MY CLASS:
A peaceful space to enjoy your practice (I’ll kindly remind people about our silent hot rooms if they forget). I usually play music, sometimes invite students to set an intention (but you never have to) and just want people to be able to soak up great energy and enjoy their practice.
