Since 2004, the Moksha and Modo Yoga community has thrived on 7 philosophical pillars, each one rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga to ensure that everything we do as a community comes from an ethically awesome, yoga foundation.
Our second pillar is Be Accessible. In a nutshell, all studios welcome all body types, body sizes, ages, backgrounds, budgets, beliefs, individual expressions of being, and of course... hair styles :)

Moksha Yoga is a green, clean, hot yoga series that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. While all classes are rooted in the Moksha Yoga series, teachers are encouraged to bring their own unique knowledge and experience every time they enter the room to teach.
